At Republic of Swing rehearsals and gigs, the music is live and participants are encouraged to develop their feel for rhythm from the different samba instruments.  We bring our own choreography as well as creating a space for improvisation and exploration. Our sessions are open to anyone interested in learning new rhythms or for those just looking for a fun 1 hour work-out!
